As you may have heard, the Dutch government wants the Inburgering Exam to be at a higher level. The new language level will be B1 instead of the A2 level that is required at this moment.
The B1 level is considerably more difficult than A2 and will need a longer training period. The new exam will be implemented in January 2021.
So, if you want, or have to do the Inburgering Exam, do not wait too long!
The good news is that (most probably) the ONA exam will be cancelled, starting January 2019, but only for those who already have a job.
At Kickstart School, until the changes are implemented, there are 3 steps required for students to prepare for the Inburgering exam:
Students must do Steps 1 and 2 in order to enrol in Step 3 (unless they already have an upper-elementary level).
The Inburgering exam consists of six parts: Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, Knowledge of Dutch Society (KNM), and Orientation to the Dutch Labour Market (ONA). Kickstart’s Exam Preparation Course (Step 3) will thoroughly prepare students for all six parts.
Enrol now to avoid having to complete additional steps in order to reach the required level for the exam!
